About Us

Jonathan White (BSc) DIRECTOR

Senior Teacher, Maths/English/11+ Leader and Upper Junior Specialist with over 19 years experience of Primary Teaching.
Coming from a family of teachers, it is fair to say that teaching is in my blood! Being a teacher is very much a vocation in my eyes and I feel very privileged to be in the role that I am.

If children enjoy their learning then their progress mirrors this. I strive to instil an enthusiasm in the pupils I work with to achieve the very best that they are capable of. Fostering a sense of independence is crucial in the ages that I teach and I work hard to ensure my pupils realise this and reach their potential.

During my 25 years of teaching experience, I have been fortunate enough to work in schools across the country with children from a variety of backgrounds. Through this, I have been able to gain a vast range of skills and experiences enabling me to shape the minds of young individuals, which is both a privilege and an honour that I take great pride in.

Through teaching, I have experienced that when a child is engaged, enthused and passionate about their learning, they make great progress. It is my duty to make sure that I cater for all different learners and learning styles in my care and embrace the individuality that each child has to offer.

1 - Why should schools choose Teachers To You? ?

All of our teachers are very experienced, thoroughly professional and of a very high standard. They are available to work at short notice and have all the necessary checks in place before attending your school. All of our clients ask for our teachers to return to their schools given the quality of their provision.

2 - What services do you supply to schools?

Supply/PPA cover, catch-up tuition, SATs boosters, sports provision, PE consultancy, holiday clubs.

3 - When and where do your holiday camps take place?

Holiday provision is available during the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays. We also can offer half-term clubs. These all take place at host schools throughout Birmingham and Solihull.

4 - What subjects do you offer tuition for?

We can cater for all you tuition needs providing a bespoke service for all parents. We have teachers to work with children of all ages and for those preparing for exams.

5 - How does group tuition work?

Our most popular form of tuition is group based. Using our purpose-built classroom we work on a ratio of 1 teacher to 6 pupils. Pupils are grouped according to their age and needs.

6 - How much does tuition cost?

Group sessions are charged at £30 for x 2 hours. Typically this would consist of x 1 hour of English and x 1 hour of Maths.
