We do this by providing a personalised service for schools at competitive rates of pay. Teachers to You Ltd provides a professional, prompt and efficient service for schools. We can provide bespoke cover for a number of scenarios.

All teachers have been rigorously checked to ascertain their identity, qualifications and performance.

All our teachers undertake the following checks:

Identity checks

Identity checks on all workers. Schools are provided with a teacher profile ahead of assignment, including a photo of the assigned teacher

Full qualifications or QTS checks

Full qualifications or QTS checks with the DFE on all applicants where appropriate. All our teachers are checked against a DFE database to ensure they are not prohibited from teaching.

References

All teachers from this agency will have provided two references from previous employment to check for conduct, health, effectiveness and attendance.

Enhanced Disclosure checks

Criminal records. Anyone applying to teach is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 we ensure all our candidates undergo enhanced Disclosure checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Permission to work checks

7. Permission to work additional checks are carried out on foreign nationals coming into the area. Details of all checks are available upon request by head teachers and managers.

Safeguarding

8. Safeguarding level one training is offered to all our workers in the education sector.

SATS Boosters & Catch-up tuition

We have vast levels of experience in working with children who are preparing for statutory tests at the end of Key Stage 2.

We can provide:

SATs booster classes after school for identified pupils
Small group tuition sessions before/during/after school to identified pupils
Year 6 teacher consultancy in the best way to prepare your children for their SATs

Sports provision & PE Consultancy

Teachers To You Ltd has a number of experienced and qualified teachers to deliver PE sessions at your school. We will work closely with the PE Leader to offer a bespoke package of delivery using our key principles of ‘Fun, Fitness & Fundamentals.’ Our sports provision includes:

Pre/post assessment of pupils
Next steps in learning
Fun & safe extra-curricular sessions for your pupils
Twilight training for staff on delivery and assessment
Assistance with action planning
Developing a sustainable PE curriculum for your school with built in progression across the subject

Sessions can be delivered as PPA cover or alternatively alongside existing staff as a form of professional development.
